I’m a lover of tea, but for years I’ve failed to drink most weight loss teas as they have a bitter taste. I decided to come up with my own blend Included in this is Sencha, Puerh, Yunnan green tea, freeze dried rose hip peel, apple, elderberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and rose buds. To prepare add one teaspoon tea to 200ml boiling water. Allow to seep for 5 mins. Do not brew/boil this tea on the stove
